Subcontracted by Lawrence O. Picus and Associates, RSEC completed adequacy model work to recalibrate the Arkansas school funding formula, culminating in Recalibrating the Arkansas School Funding Structure for the Adequacy Study Oversight Sub-Committee of the House and Senate Interim Committees on Education of the Arkansas General Assembly. The model produced by the consultants continues to be the basis of school funding in Arkansas.
